3lbs. pork ribs, 1qrt. mr & mrs T bold & spicey bloody mary mix.

Cooking Instructions

marinade ribs in bloody mary mix over night in aluminum roasting pan. preheat oven to 475 degrees. add 1.5 cups of water to pan. cover tightly with aluminum foil. steam ribs for 1hr. lower oven to 250 degrees. add additional 1.5 cups of water to pan. put ribs on cooking rack over pan. tent aluminum over ribs loosely. continue to cook for additional 2hrs. even if you dont like ribs you will love these.
